App Support

The easiest way to request support – is to prepare Feedback report or Error report by using appropriate application form.

Feedback report

To prepare Feedback report you can do following:

• Go to Application menu "Help → Give us feedback"
• Fill the Feedback form and submit it.

Error report

When error occurred, the Error report dialog will be shown automatically. Press "Report..." button and submit report. If Error is not critical, the Application status bar will show red badge. Click on badge to open Error reporting dialog and submit report.
